Electrical Controls Manufacturing (ECM) is a full service electrical manufacturing plant located in Edmonton, Alberta. The company was founded in 1997 by Rajan Bali, with the goal of supplying high quality Canadian manufactured electrical products. Since then, ECM has grown into a leading supplier of electrical solutions across Canada. ECM's success is built on our state of the art production facility, equipped with modern tools and a dedicated team of fully trained professionals.
Quality management and safety are the core of our operations. The company operates under ISO 9001:2015, a globally recognized quality management system (QMS) that ensures efficiency, reduces waste and promotes continuous improvement in products and processes. In addition, ECM employs a risk management system (RMS) to ensure that all projects are completed safely, protecting our employees, clients and equipment. By combining ISO 9001:2015 driven efficiency with a strong focus on safety, ECM continues to exceed standards, while building trust and lasting relationships with our customers.

Our ERP (enterprise resource planning) system allows for accurate scheduling. We have pre-approved suppliers with the best cost transfers to provide customers with the most competitive pricing. By utilizing the ERP system, we are able to keep costs low, have consistent assemblies of products and have accurate tracking and production schedules.
The ERP system also guarantees consistency and accuracy in our products, ensuring that every product that leaves our plant meets the same rigorous standards of quality and reliability. Real-time tracking allows us to monitor progress at every step, giving our customers confidence in delivery deadlines and product performance.
